I'm designing a site that has 4 unique brands and domains.
Each brand needs to have it's own CSS scheme but needs to be built
with the same table template set.
I created at the second site using the first site's template,
but found the first site's CSS came over as well, and when i
tweaked it, it appeared that I was making changes to the first site
as well. I then created a new CSS based on one of the styles, but
found it confusing to have all the styles still appear in the class
box.
Is there a way to use a one of my templates from a separate
site, without it's CSS, then add new CSS?
thanks
tq
Detaching CSS from a template
i might be misunderstanding the question, but i'm pretty sure
you can just go into the code and delete the line where it links to
the css. then attach the one you want. you may have to make that
part of your template editable, so you can change it in pages that
use the template.
