Breaking up multiburst shots

My camera has a multi-burst (rapid shot) option that my wife
loves to use. On the camera, they display as cool 16 frame
animations. But on my computer, they import as a single 960 by 1280
photo. I would like to automate the task of chopping these photos
up into 16 distinct 240 by 320 photos and then save them as an
animation.

It seems like I should be able to do something like this
pretty easily using the history pannel, but I don't know how to
select specific areas with enough precision to make it work. Any
suggestions?

Here is a sample file
in case I did a poor job explaining the situation...

Thanks in advance for any help you can send my way.Breaking up multiburst shots

I'd do it by pulling guidelines over the image and carefully
aligning

them where you want the image to be cut. Since you'll want to
do further

editing, set the export format to PNG 33. Choose File %26gt;
Export, and for

slices, slice along guides. Once they are exported, choose
File %26gt; Open.

Press Shift and select all the exported images. Check the
Open as

Animation box. Do your animation thing.

Here's a quick version I exported from Fireworks in SWF
format.
