I have a file with four click-in-picture interactions. The
Quiz properties have been set. The click boxes are included in the
Quiz with unique interaction ids. The manifest information has been
completed for SCORM 1.2. Now when I go to publish, I only get a
flash file--no manifest.
I have read all the manifest posts, but no help. Any more
ideas?IMS Manifest will not generate
Thorndon,
You did select ''SCORM'' in the LMS Output Options dialog of
the Quiz Manager?
Do you have any funky characters for the Title or description
of the file?
Regards,
Andrew

Thanks, Andrew!
Yes, I did choose SCORM in the LMS output portion of the Quiz
Manager Dialog box. That is how I was able to complete the
information in the manifest.
Standard Captivate questions work just fine. It is just when
I want to turn a simulation into a test and add all the choices as
interactions and add them to the quiz. Captivate seems to be not
recognizing these hot-spot interactions as valid quiz questions. So
frustrating.
I've encountered this problem, too. I find that if you first
publish the files without the reporting option enabled, then it
works fine after that. Follow these steps:
- In Quiz Manager %26gt; Reporting tab, take the checkmark out
of the ''Enable Reporting for this Project'' box
- Publish the files
- Go back into Quiz Manager and put the checkmark back in the
box so that reporting is enabled
- Publish the files again and this time you should have the
proper SCORM Support folder and files.
Hope this helps.
Aren't you the clever one!!! Thank you for that tip. I was
really getting a little frustrated.
