SMS text messaging cel phones
Sending SMS/Text messages requires CFMX 7+ Enterprise edition
and utilizing the event gateway service therein.



If you're on a shared hosting platform, check with your
provider if this is installed/configured, etc.



If you own/have access to the CF server and CF Administrator,
you need to configure the gateway. Here are a couple of article
