embedded Captivate SWFs. The SWFs are just standard screen captures
with callouts; no branching, no interactivity, no quizzes, no
nothing.
They work fine when viewed over the company intranet (Windows
XP SP2 and IE7). However, when users log in from home via VPN, only
the SWF skin and controller bar show up; the Captivate SWF doesn't
appear. Instead, the Captivate viewport is blank (except for the
controller). Any ideas why? Solutions?
We wondered if it has to do with Flash security and the
''security sandbox'', but we believe that pertains only to
cross-domain issues and that doesn't seem to be an issue
here.Using VPN, Movie Shows Only Skin
Just wondering if you found a resolution-- we have also run
into a similar issue with a course built using Flash 8 running over
VPN. It works fine everwhere else, but VPN users get only the first
screen and then the rest fails to load. Researching potential VPN
conflicts (calling a url from Flash, etc.) Nothing found yet.
