new error

hey guys, i am installing a script for a website that i have
been wanting to publish a long time ago, durante the installation i
came accross a few error which got fixed, such as change the path
directories and stuff, i am very very close to have this site done
and publish it, but i came accross this error and i dont know how
to fix it. Can someone please help me??
