Need community feedback

I am a brand new member to this forum but not entirely new to
Flash. I would like some feedback (the good, the bad and the ugly)
on my site. You will find me at www.jmcreativegroup.com. My main
issue is the longish load time. Are there some ways to quicken this
load without downgrading the graphic quality?

Seems like the fade-in's could be sped up a bit when clicking
on the images in photography. It's just a personal thing but the
black type seems a bit harsh with the rest of your color scheme.
Maybe a dark grey instead??

How long did the site take to load? 10 seconds or so?
