Comments /Ratings for Articles

Good afternoon...



Can anyone recommend a good tutorial or available code for
providing a ratings tool and/or comments for articles? Similar
functionality to that seen here:

Coding the ratings should not be that difficult. You can have
the ''sign in to rate'' feature if you want to capture e-mail
addresses, or simply capture the rating radio button and update the
rating table in your database. When someone comes to the page,
retrieve the rating and perform the calculation of rating value
divided by the number of people who have performed a rating. That
gives you a percentage of ''favorable'' ratings, which in turn
dictates which image with the rating stars will be
