I have never created an e-mail invite. I have quite a bit of
questions.
1. Should I use css (style sheets for text) or
css-positioning (aka. layers in Dreamweaver) in the invite? I've
heard that some e-mail programs will not accept css. Nor will they
accept javascript.
1.5 I use Dreamweaver to build my sites. How do I avoid using
javascript? I don't even know what it's used for. Is javascript the
css or css-p that I use to set text styles and position images??
What about behaviors? That's javascript, too, right?
2. Is it possible to create the e-mail invitation in
Dreamweaver?
3. I'm concerned about putting the html for the e-mail on my
client's website. If his e-mail is read and forwarded by lots of
people, it might go over the download quota set by the web host.
What can I do to prevent this? Should I have the client use myspace
or something to send his e-invitation?
4. Is there anything else I should know?
Thanks for your help.
Much appreciated.
