Creating site with 贸nly Fireworks

Hello,

I've been wondering about this for a while, so I thought
let's ask the question here:

After having created the graphics for my simple website in
Fireworks I export the file(s) in ''HTML and Images'' format.

After that, in the HTML files, I add plain text (content) and
additional code (i.e. for my hitcounter) using a HTML editor
(notepad).

BUT what's really a pain, is that every time after having
changed something in the graphics in Fireworks and exported the
files again, I have to copy/paste 谩ll the additional
text-content and code I added in the previous HTML files into the
new HTML files. It seems like I am doing a silly job here copying
code, there must be a better way doing that.

So this gives me the following questions:

How can I update the graphics using Fireworks without having
to copy/paste text into the new HTML file after exporting?

How do you guys deal with the above mentioned problem?

Is there a way to add plain text with scrollbars (+ code for
my hitcounter) using Fireworks? If so, what is that object called
in Fireworks? This would prevent me from having to use another
extra tool for the development.

Thanks in advance!

I don't use FW to create HTML. I use it for graphics.
Typically I slice

the image(s) and export the slices.

Maybe exporting the images could be your solution.

Same here.

Using Fireworks alone to produce a web page, although
technically possible,

is not what it was designed for and not considered to be a
good idea.

Fireworks is not a web page creation tool. It is a web
graphics

creation tool. The html features are handy for prototyping
and

click-throughs, but much too limited for use as full web
pages.
