png issue

Hi there,

I have been trying to create a logo for my website. When I
place the png image onto my webpage the notorious blus/grey
background is in view??

I cant understand as to why this is happening? I have
exported the image as 32bit, but am still not getting any joy!

If anyone can be of assistance that would be most
appreciated!!! I have tried the vast majority of ideas found on the
web but none seem to make any difference!

Here's hoping someone can help!!??

Is it a Internet Explorer problem with not being able to read
transparent

pngs properly?
